Finding Time for Fitness

When you think of fitness regimens, what comes to mind? Do you picture women with tons of free time on their hands as the only ones who are able to enjoy the benefits of a workout? Perhaps your busy schedule has you so burned out that coming up with a fitness routine is the last thing you want to think of.
