In our culture, there is a shared belief that managing hormones is an issue that only women have to contend with. From PMS to menopause, women’s hormonal health and related issues often come front and center, whether in advertisements or in real life. Often, men in relationships have an influential voice in the matter of women’s reproductive health choices and their hormones. However, most men don’t give their own hormones a second thought. Many times, hormonal imbalances and their related symptoms are often misattributed to other health issues, or dismissed as being just a normal part of aging.
