However, if done right, a nap can boost the quality and productivity of your day without interfering with your nighttime sleep. You just have to know how to nap so that it doesn’t backfire and actually worsen your ability to sleep through the night. A good nap should improve your mental focus, so that you wake up feeling clear headed and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
